Darlene Day is a native
of New Orleans, Louisiana. Having a strong background in Gospel, she has
been singing since the age of five. She has sung with some of Gospels & R&
B’s finest, James Cleveland, Ronald Winans, Carmen, Luther Vandross, Diane
Reeves, Gladys Knight, and Kirk Whalum. She has appeared at the House of
Blues for their Gospel Brunch and Planet Hollywood. Recently appearing at
the Movieguide Awards in Los Angeles, CA. along with Misty Gainer and George
Duke. This was televised on The PAX Network Nationwide. She studied voice
and drama at many renowned schools in several states. She has appeared on
stage many times. Her CD entitled "It's For My Good" is now in stores. This
